Cost more and worth every penny.
Great table. A little larger and able to go a little higher is a good thing. Sturdy, easy to assemble and lighter weight. Goes either side of bed, works with chair or wheelchair. Does not fit a large recliner. Cost more and worth every penny.

A must have if you are recovering or do a lot of work in bed. Makes life so much easier. Awesome!!
I ordered this accidentally when I was thinking about getting a hospital tray during my recovery. I was looking at this tray because I had surgery that requires recovery and bed rest for 6 weeks, and I hit buy it now instead of save for later. (A mistake that proved to be a good one). It was easy to set up, and is easy to clean (as other reviewers stated). I was not sure what I was going to do with it once I recover, but it is so strong I know I will use it for my laptop. I already added the pop-phone holder for my phone on the metal bar so that my phone is within reach when I need it, but not on the table and easy to see the time. I will say, that the description height is lower than it actually goes. It easily fits over my thick bedspread with room to share. When we measured the height after I realized I purchased it, it looked as though it would not fit. This is because our queen size bed height is higher that the 42 inches. After assembly it was more than high enough. We would not have purchased it if we saw that. It does take up a little more room than I would like to give up (we live in a small cape cod), but it made life a lot easier during recovery. The wheels are smooth, which makes it easy to slide out of the way during the night and slide toward me when I need something that I stored on it. The top holds a lot: the hospital water pitcher fits perfectly into the round slot on the tray, my iPad, college books, plates and tissues box fit easily with room to spare. At one point I had two text books, food, water, remotes, a box of tissues, remote controls, a cup and cough drops on the tray with space for my iPad while I was surfing the internet. The tray is very strong. I lean on it all of the time and have not experienced any sagging. I highly recommend purchasing this tray if you have to recover from surgery and/or you use a bed tray regularly.

Could be better. Has some great features and not so great
Pros Sturdy wheel base Large foot area clearance Large surface Rolls easy Cons High wheel base didn’t fit under some my furniture (just measure all the pieces of furniture you might want to use this at) The adjustable height is tougher to lower, but very is easy to raise (concerning for torso area recovering)

Best “hospital” table available right now.
This is as close to the tables they use in the hospital that you will get. Nice sturdy tray, which is made out of plastic and easy to keep clean. Solid base with enough weight to keep it from tipping over when you go to move it. Wheels roll easily on the hardwood floor. Sturdy enough to put your elbows on. Large enough to have a laptop, a dinner plate, and a drink all on the table. It also has a nice rounded lip, so that if you do spill, the mess will be contained to the table top. I have owned many hospital tables, and I can say this one is definitely the best I have ever had. This is also excellent for use with a wheelchair. honestly, the price may seem expensive when compared to other available tables, but it is worth every penny. Buy the good one and you’ll only buy it once.

The Base is Wide Enough to Drive a Wheelchair Between the Legs!
We've bought other tables, and the biggest letdowns with the others were the style and size of the base, which make them difficult to use with a wheelchair, because they're too narrow and the bar across the bottom goes centered between the arms with the wheels on them. With this table, the bar is at the far end and the wheels are set wide enough apart that you can drive a whole wheelchair between them without encountering obstacles! I love this! The next biggest letdown with other tables are how narrow the working surface is, and no lip or cupholder. This one is wider, for a larger working space, and has both. The third letdown with other tables is that they don't go high enough, at times. This one goes nice and high, with the only drawback being that it doesn't lock to prevent the table from going higher when you have it where you want it, only locks to prevent it going downward. The fourth letdown with other tables is the lightweight nature of the table, which makes them jiggle while you try to write anything on paper while using the table. This one is definitely more stable, heavier duty, more durable, etc. It's a beast and we love it. My relative, whom we got this table for, is in a motorized wheelchair, which is wider than a push wheelchair, and she has a catheter, which can get tangled in things. This table is going to be perfect and low hassle for her, so it was well worth the higher cost. You really DO get what you pay for (the other tables we bought were only $50 and are really only worth about that much).
