It stopped all the dripping and leaking which came from the old seal. The installation was not a breeze, I'm afraid. After removing the flash valve and the old seal, I had a difficult time reinstalling the flash valve as it attaches to the toilet tank against this new seal. I must have tried a dozen times. Eventually, I brute-forced it at the risk of breaking the flash valve clips, but it eventually worked. I will still give it five stars.
