Coleman Sleeping Bag Straps , Black, 48 x 0.8 Inches

These straps are so versatile with our camping gear. We’ve used them to roll up a mattress topper for easy transport and for our tent bag so far. Our tent bag is quite large for a 10 person tent and had extra space (hard to believe, reight?!) It’s true. We used a few of these babies to really cinch it so that it wouldn’t take up so much space in the back of the truck. Worked like a charm. I bought another set to keep on hand in case another use pops up with our next camping trip. I would suggest having 2 people to use these though. One to hold the item being cinched and another to tighten the straps. For the money, I don’t really care that I need an extra hand for these. If you want something that you can work on your own reliably every time, go buy something expensive. I like function AND saving money.

Works well to strap sleeping bags

Bought these to secure a bed topper when grandkids were not spending the night. These straps work well and allow me to tightly roll up the bed topper and store in the closet without taking up so much room. Easy to use.

I was looking for straps to put around my solar pool cover when it is rolled off the pool onto its roller.l I cover it with a sunshield plastic wrap and need to secure that wrap with straps. These work perfectly and are the right length. I also use similar straps for holding rolled sleeping bags and floating mattresses for use on the water. I'd give these 5 starts if they were just a little bit wider, but they work well and are well-made.

The bags that my kid's sleeping bags came in were too difficult for them to cram the sleeping bags back into. They ripped very quickly so we bought the Coleman Straps instead. So much easier!! They can loosen a little if you don't wrap the strap around itself, but it isn't a big deal. It has made packing up a lot easier!

These straps are simple and effective. Our large sleeping bags can be tough to contain. Their built in string retainers were almost useless. These straps made confining and shrinking our bags an easy job. As an FYI...don't leave your sleeping bags compressed tightly for long periods of time. It will cause damage to the loft of the insulating material. Store them slightly loose or hanging up. Before you go camping, then roll them tightly! I would highly recommend these to my camping friends.

These are awesome! Holds a variety of sizes of sleeping bags, tarps, and mats.. for travel or hiking. My son loved these for his summer camping trips, where he had to hike with a full-sized 70-lb hiking backpack PLUS his sleeping bag strapped underneath. These held up time and time again and are still in like-new condition.. waiting for the next trip! These are well-worth the money!

Found these for half the price at my local Canadian Tire store. Should have looked a little harder before I purchase them online. However, they do exactly as they are meant to do!
