Excellent print quality on both test pages and daily jobs. A quick tip: turning off the printer's network connection makes a big difference with HP printers. I was nervous about going third-party since OEM cartridges are so overpriced, but these performed fantastically. Will definitely reorder!

Great service. The ink did not work initially the chip was initially not compatible. I contacted their support line via chat and they are shipping a replacement set of cartridges that will work since the last printer update took place...no questions asked. Make sure you keep records of your order number though.

I have used these cartridges several times and never had any problem. For some unknown reason this time they did not work. I contacted the manufacturer and they are sending me a replacement .Alice helped me and was very nice even though I had trouble understanding her. Then I talked with Andrew and he corrected a problem. They had my address wrong and he changed it to the right address I have received the new set of cartridge's, installed them and they are working perfect. So glad that I can now print what I have been needing. Thanks and I will be using Smart Ink Cartridges again.

I can't believe the superiority of these less expensive Smart Ink Cartridges compared to the more expensive HP products I've been using on my HP Office Jet Pro. On paper, the inks are bold and crisp! The cartridges load up easily and last nearly two months longer than my HP cartridges. When you factor in the lower cost and extended durability, these turn out saving me more than half the cost of that other brand.These cartridges come beautifully packaged, individually wrapped, and in a high-quality protective mailing package. The cartridges are shipped with at least three individual instruction sheets that are informative, beautifully printed, and written in plain, easy to understand, English. The package also comes with a pair of plastic gloves for use when handling the cartridges and a micro-fiber wiping cloth!You can tell that Smart Ink takes pride in their products and welcomes hearing from their customers.The contact information is printed upfront and easy to locate. THIS IS PARTICULARLY IMPORTANT because HP updates your HP Printer to detect and disable non-HP cartridges. This happened to me while loading my second set of cartridges from my first order. I simply called the customer service number and was immediately connected to a lovely representative who initiated a warranty replacement order with updated cartridges that arrived within a few days and worked perfectly!DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON ANY OTHER INFERIOR BRAND! Take it from me!

It's a good deal, the company is easy to work with, you do however run into issues with the ink not compatible with the new chip technology from the printer manufacturer. I contacted customer care and they send new ink out pretty quick at no charge. Just stinks when you need your printer to work and can't fix it immediately. I will still buy from them!

I ordered a full set of cartridges over a year ago and just now had to use one. My HP printer said it could not use the cartridge cuz it was a non HP cartridge. I simply scanned the barcode from Smart ink on the package and chatted with Ben and he immediately explained the problem that HP regularly updates the firmware to block replacement cartridges like this. He just mailed me a new set of cartridges that are compatible with the latest firmware so as soon as I get them I will try them and hopefully they will work! I was impressed by the customer service and how they offered to send me a replacement the next day. 7/17: update, the replacement cartridges arrived the next day and they work great!

Much better than I expected from a knock-off seller.Well packaged. Good directions. The ink looks great.When I first installed them, the printer told me that the cartridges were not supported.I unplugged the printer for a few minutes, then plugged it back in. I had issues with my printer accepting the new cartridges. I contacted Smartink and talked to a rep Alyssia she assisted me with attempting to get my printer to accept the new cartridges. It did not work as my printer would not accept the cartridges due to firm ware issues. She was very helpful in attempting to get new cartridges sent overnight.. Update new cartridges arrived today and they worked great with my printer with no issues at all. Thanks smartink for the great customer service in resolving my issue.

This Smart Ink works perfectly for my HP printer and is so much more affordable than HP ink! The customer service with Smart Ink also cannot be matched.I had originally bought this ink (4 pack) a year ago, and only installed two of the colours. These have worked perfectly for a year. Then recently the other colours of the old ink I had ran out so I went to install the two other Smart Ink cartridges, and my HP printer said it blocked the ink cartridges because the printer is "only meant to function with HP ink". They claim this is to protect the printer from security threats. Complete and utter lies!!I had already been using some of the Smart Ink for a year so I knew it worked perfectly. With the newest update to my printer, HP had installed something to block other ink cartridges to try to FORCE customers to buy their own ink which is INSANELY high priced!I tried in vain for hours to fix the problem with different printer settings and Google search recommendations, and I finally decided to contact Smart Ink directly. They responded immediately through their website chat, and offered to send me new ink cartridges as a warranty replacement. I received them the next day, installed them, and these ones work.I am telling you right now DO NOT ALLOW HP TO UPDATE YOUR PRINTER. There is no reason that a printer that works perfectly should need an update, and they are doing this simply to install something to block customers from using affordable ink and to try to force them to buy highly overpriced HP ink! This is greedy and despicable behaviour by HP. I will be blocking any further printer updates from HP and will continue to buy affordable ink from Smart Ink rather than support HP. I will never be buying another HP product and I will recommend my friends and family to do the same. One quick internet search shows that many other customers have experienced similar issues with HP.Please go with Smart Ink - you will not regret it!!

I have purchased them before and they worked well. I was so happy with them that I purchased another box a couple of months ago to have on hand when needed. I just went to use them on the weekend and the new box of cartridges is not recognised by my HP printer. What has changed?? What can I do? I have googled and tried all the tricks, but my printer still doesn't recognise the chips.

These cartridges are as good as the HP originals at a fraction of the cost. The only issue is that if you let HP update the printer, the cartridges may stop working. After contacting Smart Ink, I received replacement cartridges in 1 day and they worked perfectly. My advice, turn off the printer updates. Thank you Smart Ink.

The only issue is that sometimes I have to restart the printer as HP doesn't like that we use ink from another company. I get the message often that this ink is incompatible with my printer. Who cares? I paid $37 for the SMART INK versus $199 for the HP ink at Staples. (Just double checked my credit card statement.).The smart thing to do is to buy SMART INK!!
