How long is the power cord? I need to put this in the bottom of a barrel, and would like to know if the power cord will reach to the top.

No it won't reach from the bottom to the top of a barrel. However you could use an extension cord or drill a hold, thread the cord thru then caulk around it to make it water tight

House of Hydro offers 16mm and 20mm discs, but not 24mm. Does anyone know if these 24mm discs are available anywhere on Amazon?
