Not what I expected...
I deal with anxiety and depression and a friend referred this book in hopes it would help and honestly I made it about half way through and it has sat on my book shelf for about a month because I have no desire to pick it back up. In all honesty I wish I could return it but since I have written in it (I honestly had every intention of completing this book) I am stuck with it. It rambles on and repeats the same thing over and over again and part of the reason the book is the length that it is is due to the wasted blank pages to "write your story" so making it half way through the book didn't even take me a few hours. It just isn't worth it for me and I have found many other books that I loved much more than this book that were so much more helpful.
