Big herb flakes and unique flavor from powdered vinegar (good way)
Have to say, love the name and image of uncle sasquatch chowing down on herb crusted rocks. Definitely one of the reasons why I wanted to try this (and I'm sure you do too). Purchased the larger container and used on variety of foods; grilled and broiled steak, baked chicken, garlic bread, fried noodles, corn chowder. Here are a few observations: - Flavor: Herb mix is in large flakes, making it easy to see where was seasoned. Flavor is more green earthy than others, but the hint of acid changes things up for the better, with the tartness being a nice compliment and adding depth. There's some heat, which doesn't hit until a little later and dissipates quickly. Putting more seasoning amps up the heat and acid more so than the other flavors. Using with some type of liquid to rehydrate herbs and dissolve vinegar helps the flavors tremendously. - Container: standard spice shaker with large holes to accommodate seasoning pieces. Survived a luggage trip so sturdy enough for me. Overall, its a good change of pace kind of seasoning. Haven't tried many different rubs but this one is very versatile as a seasoning while cooking or topping right before chowing down. Highly recommend for something new; 5 stars *****

One of the best rubs I've tried
I tried this on a spatchcocked grilled chicken last night. I put the rub on the night before. I have tried a lot of rubs, but this one is nicely balanced and doesn't seem to have any sugar in it, which is a common ingredient in commercial spice rubs that can burn your food if you are not careful. Salt is also not the first ingredient - garlic is - so you can use this a little more liberally without worrying that your food will come out too salty. The powdered rice vinegar is is also a nice touch that seems to round out the flavor. Very happy with this and excited to try more products from this line.

Good local Spokane rub
Good herb forward rub! It does pack a bit of a punch so beware, our little ones don't love it.

Elevates your smoked meat and provides great texture
If you smoke meat, specifically ribs, YOU NEED THIS! I have been smoking meat for years and when a friend introduced me to Moss, it changed everything for the better. This seasoning really brings great texture to your ribs or the meat you are are smoking. It truly elevates pork ribs, just put a little sea salt and spicy mustard on the meaty side and then cover with Moss and you will have happy eaters all around.

What if Sasquatch just wants you to believe in yourself?
Love this stuff. It’s a blend that Spiceology does for Matt Crawford who, if you don’t already, you should check out and follow on IG etc. The Sasquatch blend is great on just about anything but I use it mostly on chicken. On the grill, smoker, even mixed with canned chicken for chicken salad sandwiches. This has just enough kick to let you know it’s there but has a great herb flavor without being tasting like a rub.

Use it on anything!
Best fun for any occasion. Great on chicken, beef, veggies, you named it. I burned through the first bottle in about a month and a half. I ordered two this time. Get it!

Great on steak
Got this for a weekend trip to the mountains. Put it on steaks and grilled them up. It was delicious. Can't wait to try it on other things. This should last a good long time as well. Didn't need a bunch to get the right flavor.
