I've only been taking these for 2 weeks. I should have taken before and after pictures, because these are amazing! I am so rounded and plump now. I can't stop looking at myself. The only thing I did wrong was skip one day and doubled the dosage the next day. Please, don't do that! I was so nauseous, and had a major migraine. It was all my fault for doing that. This is in the perfect dosage. If you accidentally miss a day like I did, just miss it. My body dislikes PM, but I have had no problems taking this on an empty stomach and then eating later. Be sure to drink plenty of water with them and up your protein intake for the bovine ovary in it. I would definitely purchase this product again and recommend to others.
