I usually don’t leave reviews, but this supplement gave me a lot of energy and clarity. I first purchased another brand then this one. This supplement is top quality, like the other ALAs it will make your urine more yellow and smelling very weird, but it’s working pretty well.

Alpha Lipoic Acid is wonderful. I was pre-diabetic and these capsules made me feel better. At night I would get these weird foot zaps and after taking ALA, they were gone. Your Mileage May Vary. The Pure Brand is more expensive but you get what you pay for. I was using another brand and changed to Pure and noticed the difference right away. These capsules do make your urine yellow and your urine might have a noticeable smell. Just so you know.

This is a very effective supplement ! It helped me in my overall health. Loosing weight when I wasn’t even on diet was a bonus !

The formula is well crafted. High doses of Alpha Lipoic Acid are known to work miracles for nerve pain from neuropathy. If diet is well controlled and exercise is regular, they can possibly restore nerve damage. It is a long haul though, not a instant gratification.

I thought I would give this product a try before I got a prescription for Gabapentin because the price was reasonable. I gave it 3 weeks until one night it gave me burning heartburn so I immediately stopped taking it.
