Fit well and and was installed easily by only letting the sticker backing only hanging off a little, and fully seating the insert before pulling the adhesive backing off. Wish it was a little more firm but seems to be an exact oem replacement.

Perfect fit! The previous pad was so degraded there wasn’t much to remove. I definitely notice an improvement, should have replaced it a long time ago.

OEM item to replace the one that was disintegrating on my Aeron. After about 15 years, it was time to replace.

Works really well as a replacement cushion. It's easy to install; removing the native cushion was most of the work. I recommend watching a video tutorial to clear up any doubts.

This product fit pretty well. The hardest thing is to slide it into the right position without having the the stick tape getting hung up in the wrong position.

Arrived loose in a plain brown box with no manufacturer markings on the pad nor in a labeled parts bag. Every indication is this is a knock off and not as advertised.Fits well except for the poor quality tape as previously mentioned and time will tell if it holds up.
