I mostly use this to connect my headphones to my controller and so far it does not disappoint. I don't need it to be super long and appreciate the cord length. The quality feels good and sturdy. I appreciate the different ends for comfort and not in the way. I do like that it has a on/off button to answer calls if I use this on another device that receives calls. I like the grey color to match my other cords.Happy with my purchase!

I'm not quite sure if this is the expected quality or if this was damaged but I would have trouble understanding how metal got chewed up in a padded envelope like this. It's just a 3.5mm cable with volume button so for the price I would expect it to be less torn up. Has anyone else had theirs arrive like this?UPDATE 03/25/20 (2 MONTHS LATER)I take very good care of all my stuff. I work in AV and do not wrap cables around anything as I regularly replace tightly wrapped lavaliere microphones and can't stand to watch somebody wrap a cord around a controller/mic/etc. HOWEVER... after only 2 months I go to grab my headphones and find the cord ripped. I got a lot more going on in my life right now (like most of you) to bug these people and ask for replacement/refund but just don't buy this. When it showed up it was all scratched up on the plug but I dealt with it but it's just cheap. Go somewhere else.
