Easy to use n beter then the reat
This is well built n easy to use. I have had 3 different one. By far the best.

Very easy to connect and assembly was just the handle.
I ordered a 50 ton mophorn ram. It matched the connector perfectly to connect to the Ram. Very well packaged. Shipping was on time. I had a boat trailer Axle that was bent from hitting a pothole. I ordered the gage installed to know if I was maxing out. It only moved just a little. Made fast work. Thirty minutes. Great deal

Great customer service!!
I purchased two pumps and one leaked, I reached out to customer service and they jumped all over the problem. I can't say enough as within three days a new pump was at my doorstep. I'm in a field where these pumps are used regularly and knowing the stand-up service from Newtry they will get my business going foward!!!

Update on tool purchase. 2/12/25
"If you are willing to modify this tool the moment it arrives, it might work for you. Threaded parts are cheap." The above was my initial post. Their customer service reached out to me and we had several communications. They offered me a partial refund initially, however after I explained the modifications, cost and time involved, they gave me a full refund, which I didn't ask for. I retapped threads and replaced and the original fitting with a new, wedged down bushing. While I was dissatisfied with the tool, the customer service was very impressive, both in their communication and attention to detail and suggestions. While I didn't give them a 5 star rating, after talking with them, and their sincere efforts to "Make it right", I appreciate how they resolved the issue. Thank you Newtry and Cassie in customer service.

Nothing works right with this manual pump. Tried bleeding it for longer than i care to admit This unit is unable to maintain pressure. The piston leaks and with any pressures beyond 500 psi the lever rises on its own when you let it go. Connected to a ram, moving the pump lever up and down also causes the ram to move up and down. Completely unusable. Sadly i purchased this a couple years ago and just using it now so good bye returns. Don't waste your time or money on this product
