Ok, so I got tired of streaking and hazy surface of my floors after using Murphy for a while. It was highly recommended, but it sure left a opaque film, no matter what I did ... same with Method. Pretty desperate to get the original sheen on my floors, I went on a search and decided to get Zep: strong, but more than affordable. Today I vacuumed and mopped and - a miracle - my floors are super clean and shiny once again! Unbelievable - I thought it would take a few cleanings to get back to the original shine; nope, just this once and my floors are back in their shiny glory. Zep checks all the boxes: no streaks, great shine, and great value for the money. Highly recommend!

Love this stuff!!! We've had our kitchen flooring for 10 years and it had never really mattered what I used to mop with. Recently, it had gotten where everything I used left a sticky film. I googled what to use and found great reviews for ZEP and decided to give it a try & I'm so glad I did. No streaking & no sticky residue. Nothing but a clean floor. There aren't instructions on dilution for the spray bottle so I searched online and found to use 1 tablespoon per 25 ounces of water. I thought it wasn't enough but it made a perfect solution! This container will last for a very long time!! It also has a nice, clean smell and doesn't smell of chemicals. Highly recommend ZEP!

I use this floor cleaner with my robot vacuum and have been very happy with it. I dilute it roughly 1 to 200 or sometimes 1 to 300, and it works perfectly at those ratios. It does not leave behind any residue and has no strong or lingering smell. It doesn’t foam much which is important for my robovac. After cleaning, my floors feel clean without being sticky or slippery, which is exactly what I want when using a robovac regularly. Overall, it performs exactly as expected, is gentle enough for frequent use, and offers excellent value given how little you need per fill.

Zep Neutral PH Industrial Floor Cleaner does a decent job for regular maintenance, especially on sealed or finished floors. It cleans without leaving a sticky residue, and the neutral pH is a plus if you’re worried about damaging surfaces or finish. The scent is noticeable but not overwhelming, and a little goes a fairly long way if you dilute it properly. It’s not a miracle worker on heavy buildup or deep stains, but for everyday cleaning, it’s serviceable.

I own a large cleaning business and service various types of commercial building including machine shops, welding shops, breweries, etc... This is by far the most effective floor cleaner for those "nightmare" jobs!

This was a good purchase for my ceramic tile floors, left no streaks and cleaned really well.

The concentrate mixes easily, and the solution provides consistent cleaning without leaving residue or affecting the finish. The gallon size is practical for long‑term use, and the performance has been reliable in both commercial and home environments.

This is my favorite floor cleaner. The scent is subtle and disappears quickly. It’s easy to mop with because you just need a couple of swipes either the mop and the dirt is gone. The best thing is There’s no soapy suds or bubbles in the water and the floor that must be mopped up - you just swipe -1,2,3 then suddenly youre done!! You’ll need to try it out to see what I’m describing, it has a unique formula.

Good product. We use ot for our clinic floors, which is luxury vinyl. Takes off the grit and doesnt leave much residue.

I like this product. It cleans LVP well and smells good. What it doesn't do is shine. But I doubt LVP has any shine to begin with, so not the product's fault. Also, the seller was great.
