It was easy to install. So far, no issues, and the quality seems good. It has adhered and fits as intended. It came in a 2-pack, so it's a better value than most. The clarity is perfect; it looks just like the original screen. Overall decent protection.

Fits well, protects your phone however it cracks easy if you drop your phone.

This came with everything you need to install flawlessly. It was a simple process, and didn't take long to place. The dust removal stickers are particularly useful. My phone has no issues with sensitivity and use. I was using a Lifeproof case that had a built in plastic type protector that made my phone difficult to use, and switching to these screen protectors has made a world of difference. I will buy again if I manage to break this screen protector. UPDATE: I broke my screen protectors and had to order more. I went straight for reodering these because I was so happy with them. The breakage happened due to my own handling of the phone. They will pop off if you drop your phone, and dust gets into the space between the screen and the protector. Even with dropping my phone and the protector popping off, they STILL DID NOT CRACK. Super sturdy and worth the purchase.

This is the 3rd time I've bought a tempered glass protector from this company, first was for my galaxy S5, then a LG K20 V, and now for my new galaxy S9. I have to say this company has been great, their screen protectors are wonderful and durable, and the customer service was amazing as well. I have dropped my old cell, the K20 V, numerous times and not even a scratch on the screen. I had to contact the customer service over a slight annoyance in my review on the K20 V cause of a mix-up in the titling of the amazon sale labeled both types as full screen coverage when one did full screen and the other, the one I got, just covered the display screen leaving a gap around it. This gap kept collecting some dust and dirt but otherwise just was a visual issue. When I reached out to them about it I was immediately talked to and after a few minutes of actual discussion we noticed the issue with the sales listing and they sent me a single pack of the full screen one free of charge. As I was not actually bothered by the mix-up and had the display only size one on there I kept the full screen one in my desk and didn't use it till about a year later when I pulled the old case off to replace the case and decided to use the new screen protector while I was at it. Not hardly any visual scratches or cracks on it. This company has well earned my business and will continue to buy their screen protectors for all future phones as long as they stay as great as they are. As for the S9 one in particular I'm very pleased with the Easy Installation Tray that came with it, a very nice simple plastic cover piece that made lining it up and keeping it still as I adhered it to the phone perfectly. 0 bubbles, nothing to try and redo, and affixed perfectly. If there was any defect at all I can't see it with the human eye. Maybe could have a tiny bit more width to get to the sides and fit even better with the Otterbox case I have with it so I don't have the fingernail width gap lol yes that's how tiny it is and I can't find anything else as any sort of suggestion, that's how great this is.

I really loved the install kit that comes with it. It was a first for me and made it very easy to install the screen. I am a Electrical Engineer and very precise in almost everything I do. I took extra steps to clean and prepare the screen making sure it was prepared for the install. Install when great and it has a very sensitive touch and very clear. I am working on my house and and noticed that dust was getting under the screen so I just left it. Then I had a drop that had a minor impact and the screen cracked. At least the purchase includes two screen protectors so I'll be changing it out soon. The other screen protector that I purchase on Ebay was lasted a very long time and seemed to withstand minor dings of the day. I'll be using my second screen but looking for the one on Ebay if and when I need to reorded another.

Glass screen protector on wife's phone was broke and it kept actual screen from breaking. Bought this new glass screen protector and wife's phone looks like new again. Happy wife, happy life. Protector was easy to installing with alignment guide, and fits great.

The installation was fairly straight-forward, although there is a few millimeters of tolerance, so be advised that the protector might be a bit off depending on how tight/what spacing you leave when first placing the screen protector against the alignment cartridge for installation as it has you start towards the top of your phone when initiating the install, and then lowering the protector at an angle as it begins to adhere moving from the top of your phone towards the bottom where installation is complete. I do appreciate the double pack with all necessary cleaning supplies and included microfiber cleaning cloths. Overall this seems to be a good product for the price. The protector itself seems to adhere well and feels robust, but I will have to wait and see how effective it is in the long-term with regards to actually protecting my phone's screen from damage.
