All I use in my ford diesel truck to help with lubricity and cetane booster. I can tell the difference when it's not added to the fuel.

I highly recommend Ford Motorcraft Cetane Booster for all diesel engines. The quality of diesel fuel sold at most filling stations is poor quality when it comes to cetane ratings. Ford Motorcraft Cetane Booster improves fuel economy by a minimum of 1-2 mpg with regular use, improves engine performance and helps keep my engine running smoothly. I have been using this product for nearly 10 years on a regular basis. Worth the money!

The best additive I have used in my 2008 powerstroke (6.4). I have noticed that the regen isn't running as often - this is a BIG PLUS! Gas mileage improved by about 1 mpg. Not much, but I don't drive like an old lady, either. I haven't towed with it yet, so we'll see if it helps there. However, I am happy with the results so far. Really, I have tried everything. Optilube, Stanidyne, etc. etc. Some seemed to have absolutely no effect whatsoever. Some helped for a little while and then seemed to fall off. I've used this product now for a few months, now. Drove a long distance for vacation and it helped quite bit. Usually, by the end of a long day of driving, the turbo boost stays fairly high. I believe it is likely the DPF is not clearing as quickly, so the engine must work harder. This time, the boost stayed lower for the entire length of the 400 miles. I will be towing in a few weeks and that'll be the big test. Either way, I'll likely use this from now on.

Been using this product for years in my Ford diesel 6.0 at every fill up. Provides benefits such as increased cetane and increased lubrication. Keeps your injectors happy and may even increase your MPG slightly.

I’ve been using this stuff since I got my truck years ago. I run it almost every time I fill up unless I’m traveling far away from home. I can tell you that my fuel filters are always clean and have very limited water, which I’m not sure if it’s this stuff or good quality fuel. I’m sold on using this to help lubricate the cp4 and will continue using it. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is it doesn’t have the measuring bottle like some of the competitors.

Ford dealer said I need this for my fuel injector on a 2016 power-stroke and Amazon carries the OEM product in 3-packs. That is a story with a happy ending.

Started using this in my Ford F-350 as recommended by Ford and many Ford forums. Did some research and learned a lot about cetane and what it is for. I regularly tow a 38' 5th wheel RV and use this booster religiously. At somewhere around 8mpg, it is difficult to know if it actually improved my mpg. There are just too many variables when towing. But, given what I learned about cetane and its importance, it seems silly not to use it. The small extra cost per tank of fuel seems very minor when compared to any kind of diesel engine repair. Would recommend that all diesel owners learn about the value of cetane and use accordingly.

This stuff is the bomb! It works fantastic to take out the knocking and pinging in my 7.3 Diesels. Use 8oz to 20 gallons of fuel. Have been using this product for several years and when I miss a tank you can really tell the difference. Use it consistently to improve the performance of 40 cetane diesel fuel. Wouldn't go without it. Tak it with me when on long trips to remember to add before filling up.
