**Q: How  much time want to come in Albania?**

**Q: Does the gears actualy moves or not?**
A: Will turn because the mechanical gears will rotate with each other

**Q: What is that piece at 6 o'clock?  Does is turn or move? Or is it stationary? (I can't tell from the pics, but, it looks to be the same in all)**
A: The watch broke on my after about 2 months. 
Sadly, it wouldn't set any longer...the stem was so stiff I took it to a jeweler, who said, "This is a cheap watch. It's made in China, for heaven's sakes."
I guess that meant he couldn't fix it.(It did) So, I'm left with a dinosaur, but...to answer your question, I'm quite certain that piece didn't move on the watch.
