Amazing for Wired EarPods Specifically
I recently picked up an iPod Classic for nostalgia and needed wired earbuds. Coming from AirPods Pro 2 and Airpods Max, the out of box sound of wired EarPods are pretty disappointing. Just empty, light bass, and obviously no isolation. I started using $100 Etymotic ER3XR buds, and felt the clarity was excellent - but not very fun to listen to.Enter these grips. Total transformation! They're very snug (make sure you get the right size), and sound is WAY better. I understand muddy bass and the joys of flat sound. You do lose a bit of treble clarity, but the bass/mid is fun again, and still clear overall even with guitar/vocals. It goes to show how much noticeable isolation is for sound quality over high-end drivers, file format, etc.I would imagine having to take these on and off to put in an AirPods case, and then store them in another case, is probably pretty annoying. I'm speaking specifically for wired EarPods, where that's no issue.Easy to put on, and I just saved $100+ on the Etymotics (still excellent). I would love for them to make these exact tips, but with stiffer silicone for better isolation. Or even make the tips memory foam, if possible.

Much improved sound quality
Doesn't completely seal against my ears but, nonetheless, the sound quality is impressively improved. Much more even sound, with more bass. And much less slippage. I use them with a wired set of Apple ear buds and leave them on always. They're fairly thin, so I don't think pulling them off and on to charge wireless earbuds would be a good idea. For me, they're just what I wanted.

Good product depending on your needs
I use wired EarPods and they have great audio quality but I was looking for something with noise canceling. I came across this product and decided to give it a try. They definitely enhance the audio. Music is louder and has more bass. They are comfortable for short periods. After my 90 minute workout my ears started to hurt so I wouldn't wear these for any longer than that.As far as noise canceling, they don't do that but they definitely minimize outside noise more than not using these. Which is good enough for me.

Makes AirPods comfortable and improves sound quality.
I inherited AirPods and man, they’re so uncomfortable! I wanted to wear them running but they do not stay in my ears. Then I discovered this. They make the AirPods softer in my ears and less likely to fall out. They also make the sound so much better, allowing me to wear the AirPods without discomfort and while running.

These covers do NOT fit Apple AirPods Pro 2
The manufacturer claims these covers fit "AirPods". This is not possible, because, as one of several examples, Apple AirPods Pro 1 and Apple AirPods Pro 2 are completely different designs, including placement of ports (the holes). As the photo shows, these covers' ports do not in any way align with those of my Apple AirPods Pro 2. Of course I am returning them. Why would any AirPods Pro 2 owner keep them? There is an answer. In the stock market, something known as the "greater fool" theory. As in, if you overpay for a stock and feel regretful, fear not! Inevitably some fool greater than yourself will buy those stocks from you at a higher price. In future I will regard this manufacturer with skepticism, because it's not as if they are innocent bystanders. Their motivation is to get getting that product out the door.

Def worth a try
I lost an airpod right out of the gate because it didn't fit snugly. Never found it. Ridiculous that Apple would sell one-size-fits-all airpods made out of slippery plastic. My hope was that these covers would provide a non-slip surface so my replacement airpods (2nd gen) would stay in my ears, and hopefully provide a better seal so the sound was better. These covers did both for me. They seemed delicate at the outset so I feared they would not last long. I've been using the first pair for weeks now without damaging them so they are not as delicate as they look. Some reviewers complain they are hard to get on, but it only takes a few seconds to insert an airpod into the cover and then work the holes in the cover over the holes on the airpod. There's no left/right - the covers fit either airpod. You have to take them back off after use for the airpods to fit in the charging case which is not a big deal, and certainly worth it if it keeps you from losing even one airpod. They include a silicone case that works fine. If you're wondering how much better your airpods will sound, try pushing them (coverless) into your ears so they fit snugly. That's how they sound with the covers on for me. I'm an average size guy and the large size fit me. Not sure there's really any way to tell what size you'll actually need, but I think the large would probably fit most guys. They are comfortable to wear - I don't even notice the covers are on. When I first got them, I found myself continuing to check every few minutes to see if both my airpods were still in my ears. Now that I know I can trust them, I walk or work outside for hours without checking. If you're on the fence, I'd definitely give these a try. For me, I had given up on wearing my replacement airpods outside or anywhere I might lose them - but now for the low cost of these covers I get to wear my airpods anywhere I want.

Painful
I don’t want to give one star because they do what they are meant to do. They fit my EarPods very well and keep them in my ears. That being said, they HURT. I got the smaller size and when they arrived I figured they’d be okay because they looked fairly small. After an hour of wearing them, my ears hurt a bit. After that, it started to feel like my ear was bruising. It didn’t bruise, of course, because it’s soft, but it pushed against my ear in such a way that made me incredibly sore. Even after I took them off, it was a little uncomfortable to wear my EarPods as is. I guess I wasted my money.
