Not the best
It was hard to install. It needed another adapter, and the adapters I tried didn't work, till I finally got the right one. It should give more info on the package to make it easier to get the right adapter. Such as its exact thread sizes, etc. The adapter that finally worked was https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008M6KFD6/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_4 but it depends on your faucet. It's too long, and extends too far downward into the sink. I thought I could bend it into an "S" shape to make it not extend so far down, but it won't hold that shape, but goes back down the moment you let go of it. It will stay at an angle, but not a sharp angle. Maybe enough to spray something halfway across your sink.I like the EuroJet a lot better. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0001RT2Z6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 but it has problems too: it's hard to switch it from stream to spray, and the grip feels like it's coming apart. But it's the best I've found yet.On the positive side, for this LDR one (the one in this review) you can remove the main flow restrictor, and it will then only have a small amount of flow restriction. And you can use it to easily spray all areas of your sink, if you hold it in position with your hand while spraying. But the Eurojet has even less flow restriction than this one, and you don't have to hold it while using it. One tip if you remove the flow restrictor of this LDR one is that the washer you have to remove first is hard to remove and almost looks permanently attached. But you can remove it if you just keep working on it. Then put it back in after removing the flow restrictor.

Confusing title
It says this is good for 'laundry" faucet, but that depends on what kind of tap you have. The very simple utility sink faucets can be either the 4" on center type that you'd have in a powder room/bathroom - or they can be the 4" on center type that are rough, unfinished/unpolished brass that have a 3/4" threaded tap like a garden hose bib. If yours is like the hook-up for a garden hose, this will NOT fit. This is more the finished, chrome powder room style - and it sounds like you'd still need to buy an adapter. So - I found the advertising on this confusing, I can't use it (because I need the type that would fit the 3/4" garden hose bib style).I can say, it is not rigid in any way. In other words, if you flexed it, you have to hold it in that position (it won't stay in that shape on its own). It is nice in that you can flex it around on your own easily enough, but if you want hands free pointing - this is not the one for you.

Good price and works well - but won't last forever
I was looking for a little attachment that stops all the splashing from my kitchen faucet, and that can switch from spray to solid stream. This little device works really well, and is priced much lower than the alternatives. The first time I installed it, I had to fiddle for a few minutes to get it to work without leakage, but next time it was very easy. The main downside is that it stops working after a while - it either starts leaking, or the switch between spray and stream stops working. We are using it all the time, switching constantly between the two modes. After about 15-18 month, we usually have to get another one. But there is no better alternative, and it is worth it to us.

flex spray head can be made to work well.
Several things to knoe before installing this: It comes with a thread adapter which must be removed if your faucet has a male thread. (I used a large screwdriver to fit the internal hex).Removing this adapter is also necessary to remove the flow restrictor plate (4 small holes) which keep the spray gentle. It was really hard to not cross thread onto the faucet and if cross threaded it leaks. That said, when you get it installed it can be bent to spray sideways, and it holds ths shape well. Hold the hose above the head and pull down on the collar to get spray. I think we're going to like it.

Small pleasures....
I've had a faucet extender on my outdoor sink for years. But it was always juuuuust short enough that the spray whenever I was washing tools soaked the front of my shirt. So I decided that (duh) I might try a longer one. And this one's perfect. I have to admit, it took me a while to realize that I did NOT need to buy an adapter for my threaded-on-the-outside faucet, because this one comes with fittings for both male and female faucets. SWEET! I was able to unscrew the little extra ring from inside the top of the unit, screw this onto my faucet, and get my tools clean without taking a shower myself during the process. The extension hose on it is also better than my old one because, although not rigid, if I move it to a particular position it will hold that position. The old one was fully flexible and that contributed to the overspray. All in all, a great little problem-solver!

I ordered this aerator because my previous model mulfuntioned after a long time. The issue with this one is the threading. It entirely plastic and wear and tear on the threading was evident the first time I tried to thread it onto the faucet. I almost thought it wouldn't fit but after a lot of struggle it fit. Hopefully I don't have to take it off and reattach for any reason because I'm sure the threading will have wore out significantly. For now, its performing the task. The picture shows my previous one with metallic threading and the current with plastic.

Based on what I have read, there seems to be a problem with the threads. I almost wonder if they are going the wrong direction. I got it on after lots of tries, but not sure how long this one will last. It is leaking a little. This is my second one and I love it, but the pressure is different even with removing the restricter. The specifications must have changed over the last model which is about 3 years old. Wish some one would make this extender with upgraded parts.

Great quality, difficult to install
Was really hard getting this attached to my faucet. Thought it was the wrong size at first, but eventually got it attached. Took off the male-female adapter and removed the washer (it comes with both thick and thin ones) and managed to get it attached, so I then knew it fit properly. Put the thin washer back in and reattached. Really happy with the sprayer it's a nice, heavy metal product. Knocked rating down to 4 stars because the attachment point is plastic and could be deeper to facilitate attachment.

liked it better at first. nice looking and long lasting EXCEPT for
works well BUT it is very difficult to switch between the spray and the stream and that becomes more difficult with time. I have been afraid of damaging the expensive faucet ( it is attached to). I must grapple with the attachment while NOT putting strain on the neck of the faucet and it is harder to do now than before.good news. it is easy to clean when the strainers get clogged with particles.

Made Laundry Tub Faucet More Useful
This is a wonderful device that I put in my laundry tub faucet. I do not know how we survived without it. It made the task of cleaning anything much easier. There is a dime size round flat metal water restrictor in end where it connects to the faucet. If you find that it restricts too much water, the can try just just taking it out. For us, leaving it out made the water run a bit too strong but putting it in left the water running a bit too slow. The solution? Drill additional holes! The metal restrictor comes with only 3 little holes. I suggest adding 1 hole at a time until you are pleased with the water pressure. I stopped after adding 2 more. Now everything is perfect.

Lousy Adapter - Lousy Quality Control = Lousy Manufacturer
My basement-sink faucet has outside threads. Based on the picture, I assumed this aerator hose would fit. Actually it comes with an adapter for faucets with inside threads so that you should be able to use it with both types. The instructions are very clear: "For spout with outside threads, remove adapter and thread onto spout." Simple enough except that the adapter cannot be removed. It cannot be unscrewed by hand, and if you try grabbing the edge with pliers in order to unscrew it, the edge breaks because the adapter is made of brittle plastic. I tried twice, and after that there was no edge left for the pliers to hold on to. I tried burning the remainder of the adapter with a heated screwdriver; that did not work either. I cannot return it in the condition it is now and besides it is not worth the trouble (repackaging, going to the post office, etc. -- no way!).Therefore: ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANNOT GIVE IT A "MINUS-FIVE STARS". (Please note that, in spite of my frustration, I did not use bad language -- not that I ever do, but this was a special case, it really begged for a few "expletives".)

like one of two I have
Very well made, only thing I found to take one star from it was the plastic threaded piece which threads to the faucet, on some faucets, like one of two I have, (Which has a shoulder on the threaded end) it is a bit to long and the seal will not seat properly, since it's plastic I could not risk over-tightening it, afraid it could split or ruin the threads.Otherwise it fit perfectly and works great on the second faucet at the BBQ area.

Poor design, does not fit "any" faucet in my home
I unfortunately assumed I received a defective product when the first one was received. That first one was disastrous. the fitting that attaches to the sink faucet was frozen to its flexible hose. It was frozen in such a way that there were no exposed threads in the black plastic nut that is suppose to screw onto the external faucet threads. I did not attempt to "force" the the cheaply made black nut onto the faucet in fear of stripping the threads. So, I returned it. Amazon was very reactive in sending another Swivel Aerator Hose, which I appreciated. However, the second one, albeit, there were enough threads on the Aerator Hose exposed, it "did not fit" any of my standard faucets, i.e., slop sink, laundry sink, kitchen sink, or bathroom sink. I tried several time ... it appears the black nut on the Aerator Hose is just a tad bit to small in circumference to fit the standard faucet exterior threads. This is a poorly designed, and very cheaply made. I've purchased thousands of items from Amazon Prime ... this has to be one of the worse purchases yet. Purchase at your own risk. So, disappointing!

This works great on my bathroom sink with a high arching spout that does not overlap the sink far enough. The flexible hose holds into what position you put it in. Black parts are plastic, head is plastic and can be unscrewed from the flex hose. The hose with it's metal-colored ends sound like metal when tapped with a magnet. Magnet does not stick.I give it four stars because the screw on end is not metal.

Re: Refund
I had to return this item as it did not fit my faucet set as suggested. I wrote for a refund and inquired without a response but to set the record straight, the company recently issued me a refund.
