These cartridges are proprietary and only fit Platinum Preppy fountain pens.
Platinum Preppy fountain pens are available on Amazon.com. These cartridges last anywhere from one week to two or three months, depending on how much writing you do with a fountain pen. I’m happy with this purchase, as I already purchased the Platinum Preppy fountain pen.

Great Ink Cartridge
Great ink - I really like the ball bearing / agitator in the cartridge which helps the ink flow. My fine point fountain pen rarely dries out even after several days of non-use. The ink dries fast on the page and is not as smearing as other types of water based fountain pen ink.
