I've had zero issues on three Dr Browns bottles of different sizes. Baby seems to be better on them, and they're easy to assemble and clean. I'd definitely recommend to anyone trying to buy a bottle for a newborn and want to be smart around the air intake. Just make sure you use the right teat. We've had it for a month and the quality makes it worth the cost. My baby is 4.5kg and we use size 1 and it's fine.
