Service
Poor quality of carton and warranty was out of date 2023/02 Could not send back as ink was required to finish. Otherwise I would returned for refund or replacement. Standards seems to be dropping.

Good. Original but mega expensive
How HP can charge so much for an ink cartridge is beyond me, but my HP printer sees to know if I don't use an original and tends to play up. Good money maker for HP.......it's just printer ink after all! ........and I return the empty one's for recycling. Wonder where they go? ......

Old date covered by sticker
Bought in December 2023 & fitted in 2024 - on opening box found cartridge dated 'Use by' Apr 2020. Date on box had been covered by a bar code sticker. Not "new" at all despite description & price.

very old used cartridge sent
It is not new though i Ordered new Cartridge highlights warranty ends 2016/12 Product of Malaysia the box seems old Highly disappointed to receive used item when ordered new

warrenty is out of date
warrenty is out of date, have asked for a replacement but until that comes i do not know if this has messed up my printer!!
