Has anyone received this mild gel cleanser in a bottle with a pump? I received it this way, but smells and works differently. Different ingredients 2

I recently bought a bottle with the pump. I noticed the first few pumps were a darker color and smelled like rust. I looked in the bottle and it seemed fine, so I just pumped what was in the straw to clear it and noticed the spring on the pump was rusty. After clearing the pump, the product works just fine, doesn’t smell or hurt my skin.

Can i use this after a skin peel routine?
