The term "differential thrust" is not a term seen anywhere in the DX6e owners manual nor in RC parlance. However, I am going to assume the question is meant to determine if the DX6e transmitter can be programmed to send "differential servo-movement commands" to the RC receiver. Yes- this transmitter can be programmed via the front-panel controls to yield many combinations of remote servo-movement actions including the "differential" action of the servo output arm within its travel range. The DX6e owners manual gives excellent guidance on how to set these functions up.
