Seems pretty good, but some concerns....
I got these for my dogs hoping to smooth digestion, but quite honestly, 100% puréed pumpkin does the job just as well in terms of digestion, if not better. Now, I know that the selling point on this product is that it is a prebiotic/probiotic blend, so it has the enzymes and good bacteria in it. Like most things “dog”, it smells rather suspect to me, but my dogs find it appealing. That part is good, but where I get concerned is examining the ingredients, which includes a mix of flours, palm fruit oil, cellulose, glycerin, and rosemary extract (there is some debate over how healthy this is for dogs despite the use of it in nearly all commercial dog foods and treats, primarily because it can cause skin problems in a lot of dogs; it is, however, designed to ease digestion). There are healthy things like sweet potato and carrot in here, so don’t get me wrong - not all of this is concerning. But is it something that I want to continue giving my dogs, especially long term? No, it’s not....necessarily. I’m very on the fence. On the package, it says, “Daily use is recommended for dogs that display signs of tummy troubles or digestive discomfort. In severe cases, it is safe to increase the daily dosage.” The only thing that gives me pause here, again, is the rosemary. Rosemary is known for relieving stomach issues in dogs in small doses. In large doses it can CREATE stomach problems. It can also be SUPER irritating to the skin (but disclaimer - that’s in dogs that react. Many dogs eat food with rosemary in it and their owners have no idea because there’s never any problems.) I doubt there’s enough in this product to really hurt a dog, but could a dog with an already sensitive stomach get a more upset stomach by eating too many of these? Sure, I’d say that’s definitely possible. I personally noticed a (not good) difference in motility and stomach stability with my small dog who has a lot of tummy issues, so he definitely won’t be continuing these at all. I also noticed a difference in motility in my large dog who has a lot of tummy issues, but he also has been passing gas less frequently, so I’m on the fence with him in terms of continuing. My large dog can clear a room with those farts, so I’m willing to consider continuing anything that helps reduce that toxicity! I don’t think these are necessarily bad, but I hesitate to recommend them too. We’ll see how things go. I will continue to feed them for now and will come back to revise the review if something changes.

My dogs love these, and I like the ingredient list!
I was surprised at that the ingredient list was so healthy. Most pet foods are filled with all sorts of things you don't recognized but all the ingredients in here were recognizable to me. I even took a bite of one because they ingredients were all fine for humans. I didn't think it tasted great, haha, but my dogs sure do and that's what matters! :) On a scientific level, I'm not sure how the probiotics survive the stomach acid without being in a capsule, but all the probiotics I've seen for dogs are not in capsules, even the powder that the vet gave us, so I'm trusting that it works. My dogs don't really have digestive problems, I'm giving this to them just for their gut and brain health. I also like that they have digestive enzymes as well.

My Dog Loves These
It hasn't been long enough to see how well these work for my dog, but the ingredients make me feel good about giving them to her. There's a lot of good things in there and it's free of a lot of bad things. She gets super excited when I take them out of the package and always searches for more when she's finished eating them. The packaging is sturdy but lightweight. It's small enough that doesn't really get in the way but large enough that you don't feel like you're getting ripped off. I really love that they have an easy reference size chart on the back to see how many chews your dog should have. It printed big enough that it isn't a hassle to find. They are also heart shaped. I know that doesn't change the formula at all, but it's pretty cute. It's fitting for those of us that love our dogs. 😀

Pumpkin flavor is nice for pups!
I liked the packaging the product came in, very presentable. My dogs really enjoyed the flavor of the pumpkin, they ate it in seconds! This is an easy addition to their daily routine, for them and me. It seemed after a week, they had more consistent bathroom breaks. Not sure if they are getting more energy though.

Works for my wonderful Basset Hound.
Gigi is a Basset Hound and for any Basset Hound owner that almost always includes horrible toots that can send you running out of your house.I've tried other probiotics and without a doubt this is the one that works.

A treat that is good for them
My first impression of the product was that it is something that I could offer my pets to see if it would be good for them. People need probiotics; so should dogs. I liked that it was grain free, and it is was a product I wanted to continue. I give them to my dogs in the morning and they think they are getting an extra treat and I don’t feel like I am giving them something that is empty calories. (I have a beagle who tends to over weight.) There is nothing that I dislike, but my beagle is picky and sometimes won’t eat the chew but that’s just her.

Good product
When I first saw the product I thought it was fantastic because my two dogs have sensitive stomachs. When I saw the product on Amazon it looked like a professional product that had good quality. When I received the bottle I was pleasantly surprised because they didn’t smell bad like other probiotics I have seen. Not only that but my dogs ate them as if they were treats, I didn’t have to hide them in any other type of food. They have also really helped my dogs. I noticed that since starting this probiotic their stomachs have been feeling a bit better and there haven’t been any problems

Good product
Both of my dogs have serious digestive issues. One has chronic pancreatitis with IBD and the other has chronic colitis. So I was hesitant to try a new probiotic because everything new I introduce to them can result in a flare-up of their condition. I am happy to say that this product didn’t cause them an issue and they seem to have improved a little since I began giving it to them! I will continue to use this and hopefully they will continue to do well. I recommend this product. I am sure it will work even better for dogs without so many health problems!
