I was looking for a really big spatula for flipping quesadillas. This is it. Yes, it would be good for pancakes, too. It is sturdy, but flexible and makes it easier to flip without making a mess.

For some reason, my wife and I are on a huge pancake kick. Our trusty Rubbermaid 1972 model Nylon spatula was ruined by one of my kids using it to mix some kind of craft adhesive so we needed a new flipper. This thing is perfect. Keep in mind it is Nylon and not silicone or some other heat resistant rubber. The reason that matters is because it's solid and doesn't flex making it easier to slip under a frying pancake. And it's big. I can stick it up and hold it at arms length between my face and my wife's and it completely blocks her head out. IT's THAT BIG! We will have to clean out a utensil drawer just so we have someplace to store it. Unless it eventually turns out that this flipper was made with some Toxic Chinese synthetic 'forever chemicals' that poisons our bodies for life (which I don't believe is the case) I highly recommended it.

Only wish it was a little less stiff so it would be easier to flip things! Otherwise I use it for all kinds of stuff, omelettes, grilled cheese, works well! Again being a little more flexible would make it easier to use!

A gift

I needed large and silicone to take small pizzas off the griddle of my ninja woodfire grill. Even if using parchment paper I didn't want to risk scratching the non stick coating. Seems good quality although I think the price is still a bit steep.

I have owned and used this spatula regularly for a couple of years and am very happy with it. The handle is comfortable and the blade is well angled and also flat without any bowing. I use it on a non-stick griddle for things like hash browns, English muffins, crumpets and pancakes and it works very well- especially for the hash browns which are nearly as wide as a dinner plate. It shows no signs of aging over this time. Would definitely buy again or recommend to a friend.

I didn’t even get to use this spatula once. I was washing it in the kitchen sink before first use and the spatula portion fell right off from the handle. Even upon opening the package and holding it in my hand I thought it looked like a flimsy piece of junk. I was right.

Makes cooking breakfast a lot easier as my son doesn't like broken omelets or pancakes.

Super big! Great for omelettes, pancakes etc!
