Ok for younger ones but once they get better with cutlery the older set is better **Q: Is this made from plastic?** A: They are. **Q: Are these the same size as the metal ones? Also is thr fork useable for a child who can use a fork? Thinking to buy as a travel set.** A: No, these are sized smaller and aimed at babies typically aged 6 to 12 months. If your child can already use a fork, it is likely they need the children’s cutlery (1 to 5+ years), which has metal utensil ends and you can buy the children’s cutlery case separately if wanting easy storage for travel etc ## Frequently Bought Together - doddl Baby Spoon and Fork Set with Travel Case, Ergonomic Utensils For Self Feeding, Silverware for Babies 6 Months and Up, BPA Free, Dishwasher Safe - doddl Toddler Utensils, Ergonomic Fork and Spoon Set for Self Feeding, Stainless Steel Silverware for 1-3 Year Olds, BPA Free, Dishwasher Safe (Aqua) - doddl Toddler Travel Utensil Case, Fits Toddler Fork, Spoon and Knife Sets, Clips to Bags & Strollers, Travel Essentials, Dishwasher Safe (Case Only) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/148219398-baby-cutlery-set-6-12-months-spoon-and-fork-weaning](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/148219398-baby-cutlery-set-6-12-months-spoon-and-fork-weaning) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
