Can you write in any position with this pen? And has anyone used it for outdoor work under different weather conditions? Like to know your experience.

You cannot write with this pen inverted. For example, if you are going to write on the wall, it will not work for more than a few seconds.

When pressing the top of pen , does it make any noise ? I love that clicking noise while waiting in between writing .

Yes, it has a nice click! I love everything about these pens. One of the smoothest I've ever used, and the red is more vibrant than you would think.

Is it a good pen for left handed people? Most pens don't work well for me as I write from left to right.

I'm left-handed and have explored more than a few dozen pens, this one is my favorite. It writes smooth and is quick dry to prevent smearing, not as quick drying as some but I really enjoy writing with this pen and have had no issues with smears or ink on my hand.
