The media could not be loaded.  This little box is better than I expected. The quality is very good. The size is what I need. The description is accurate. I know some people said it was smaller than expected. I think that's because the measurements of the inside of the box are not given. I'm attaching photos with a ruler to show the size of each part of the box. The latch is really simple. I think it'll be easy to attach a different latch if you want. One complaint I have is the way the hinges are attached to the back. It created a groove and that caused some unevenness where the top and bottom meet. I'll attach photos of that as well. I do think this box is worth the purchase price. I'm going to create a keepsake box for my niece and I think it'll work nicely. Please ignore my messy work space and black paint under my nails ;)

The turquoise color is really pretty, the box is nicely carved, a nice size, and seems sturdily made. Very reasonable price too.

I purchased this for my granddaughter and enclosed a cash gift in it. It is very pretty, has a red padded lining, and she loved it. The bottom of the box is slightly warped so I put felt pads on the bottom to level it. For the overall cost, it is very nice.

This is exactly what I wanted at a good price with no shipping charges.

You're getting what you're paying for... I would rate it higher if not for the description calling this a premium box.This is clearly a mass produced by hand, box. It's made from nicely figured wood. The bevels are not even, the miter cuts are not straight, the corners are not sanded consistently. Don't get me wrong, for something being made for likely $4 in labor, before markup, and shipping, this is a great deal at the price. But I bought this to house a piece of jewelry I'm giving my wife as a present. But it's too cheaply made for that purpose. It's a nice trinket box, but won't make for a "wow" presentation.It comes wrapped in brown paper (no padding) so you destroy the packaging upon opening it. Not worth returning. I'll probably give it to one of my children to store trinkets in. Just sharing so others have realistic expectations of what they're getting.

I wasn't expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the box. Very nice, especially for the price.

box isn't well made...but it opens and closes and holds my small earring collections so I'll keep it...
