Inspire Q Giselle Antique White Graceful Lines Victorian Iron Metal Bed (Queen)

I received the frame to my bed without the appropriate screws to assemble it, and without the necessary 6 spindles for the bed. I emailed the company through Amazon and was told I would receive an answer within two business days. Not only did I not hear back from the company, but when I tried to assemble the bed myself with screws from a hardware store, I realized that the bottom half of the headboard was missing. I am unbeliavably dissatisfied and infuriated by this faulty product and the lack of basic customer service. I tried to speak to someone on the phone about this and the number the company provided for "urgent matters" was no longer in service. Do not buy this product. Way too much of a risk.

Love this bed!! We wanted something sturdy and classic and this bed was the perfect fit. We've owned it over a year now and it's held up amazing (we are not tiny people). It doesn't squeek and is very sturdy for what it gets put through haha

GREAT BED!!! Came quickly, went together easily but, is a 2 person project because it is quite heavy, very sturdy, well packed with no damage or scratches. I live in an older home and have been looking for a queen bed frame for sometime that would go in this space. This definitely fit the bill. Very happy with the purchase.

Purchased for my mother's new home. She wanted an antique bed but couldn't find anything at stores until we found this one online. The box it arrived in was large and heavy (as you would expect) but unpacking was not too bad with help from my teenage son. It was easy to install but I highly recommend having a helper. I also recommend an electric screw driver with an allen key fitting. It will save time and frustration. It looks great and solid construction. Color is off white.

Just wanted to say I love this bed! It’s the perfect addition to my room to give it a rustic feel. It’s super sturdy and was easy to get together. The packaging looked like it was done with a lot of care to insure that the bed wasn’t damaged in transport. I would have given it a 5 star because it’s exactly what I wanted and the quality is there however, neither Amazon nor the seller stated that this would come in 2 packages so I received half the bed on one day and the other half the following day and I did have an issue this a screw stripping it’s threads. But despite the few bumps it’s great and I would totally recommend this product to others!!

Ordered this for my guest bedroom, I live in a very old farmhouse, and thought it would look great, well let me tell you, it looks better than I expected! The quality seems pretty sturdy, and it was fairly easy to put together, took my boyfriend less than an hour by himself.

I researched for quite a while before deciding on this bed. There were a few negative reviews but I decided to listen to the positive ones. I'm glad I did. The bed is beautiful.Only a couple of complaints. One is the big California warning sticker they placed on the one leg. It was a pain to remove.Second is when I went to attach the support legs, I could attach one side but not the other. The way to fix that is to place the bed on it's side with the end you need to attach on the upper side. Then you can pull the frame in a little while threading the bolt. I put the bed together on my own in about a half hour.It seems very sturdy and looks very pretty. Now I just need to paint my side tables white to match!

Other than having to put this together (many swear words emitted but I’m not mechanically minded), I love this bed frame! The pictures for the directions were tiny. I found 8 leftover screws from what the directions showed but figured out they were for the bottom of the sides and, as the directions called them, the “foots” when I put it on its side. I set it up on the middle height and it’s too tall for the dogs to hop on and I will eventually lower it. It is really nice that their are 3 heights and frame legs to match each height.
