DERMAL 16 Collagen Korean Essence Sheet Mask Variety Pack, Aloe Cica & More

Purchased these a few years ago for my sister, who loved them, and then purchased them again last month but for myself! She has oily, acne prone skin and often wears face makeup. For reference, I have very dry, sensitive, 25 year old skin with the occasional tiny or big painful zit(s). I also have redness in my cheeks (closer to my nose), dry forehead+cheeks that flake when foundation is applied even after exfoliating. I do not use face products other than Japanese red ginseng facial cleanser and the occasional dab of Cerave basic dry skin moisturizer. I'm not big on skin care, but I'd like to get into it. For months, I have been seeing sheet masks in stores, but kept passing them up. I did the math, and these come out to <60 cents each, while the ones in the stores start at about two dollars, even the ones at the big blue supermarket. So I kept passing them up with these in mind, but kept putting off buying them because I didn't want to spend 10 bucks. I also have issues with instant gratification, so I didn't want to order them. I'm glad I did. So far I have used a few and the Aloe one is my favorite. Made my skin so soft and moist. I have trouble feeling moisture in my skin, and this mask helped. I really did not like the "Herb" one. I think it's lavender? I can't remember what the ingredients said, but there is a photo of lavender on the front, and usually I like herbal face treatments, especially since lavender is my favorite herb. This one kinda stung a little after putting it on, and it's my fault for not taking it off. I figured it was normal, because most face products make my skin tingle somewhat. After removing, my skin felt slightly smoother but not moister, and it kind of hurt. The next day I had a few painful zits. Before using these, I gently squeeze them in the packet so some of the liquid falls to the bottom, then I gently remove the mask from the package, trying to save some of the liquid in the packet. With the Aloe one, I rubbed some of the liquid into my skin the next day before going to bed, and my skin did feel nice the next morning, but not as nice as after using the whole sheet mask. I threw away the rest of the Herb liquid though. Not only are these sheet masks cheap, but they are VERY generous with the amount of serum your mask comes with, which is great. You could probably even reuse the sheet itself if you wash it off, as they are very decent quality in that sense. I can't wait to try the rest of these! I do not plan on trying the ones that have animal products (except the honey and pearl ones) but if I can get my boyfriend to try them, I will update my review on that part too!

I am absolutely loving DERMAL's facial masks! These Korean masks are such a treat for my skin. Each mask is packed with serum, leaving my face feeling incredibly hydrated and refreshed. I am not sure if the different flavors really do anything significant, but it's fun to have options! What I appreciate most is the quality for the price. I do love these face masks and I feel like they are a good price, however the reason they don't get five stars is because every time I get them delivered there is some weird slimy sticky substance on half of the outside of the face masks that I have to wipe them off with the Clorox wipe, it's worth it because I like the masks, but I would also not like to have to clean an unknown sticky substance off the outside of the packaging

These 16 collagen essence masks came in a resealable clear plastic bag. Each one was different! I was amazed at the variety of masks. The shipping was also fast (they came in two days!!) Here's what I got: Aloe, Royal jelly, Herb, Cucumber, Vitamin (has picture of orange), Green tea, Collagen, Hyaluronate, Syn-nake (has picture of snake), Snail, Platinum, Gold, Pearl, Charcoal, Q10 coenzyme, and White I tried the aloe mask first to help with my currently irritated skin. My skin is usually clear and nice, which people have complimented me on a bunch of times before. I only get acne when it's around that time of the month. Today, I had a few tiny pimples and the left side of my face was red and itchy from last night (probably because I slept on my face, which is a bad thing to do. From now on I'll keep sleeping on my back instead). I know that aloe helps with redness and sun burns, so that's why I chose this to try. I left the mask on for about 20-30 minutes and laid down on my bed. The mask is soothing and cool to the touch. It's also tingly in the beginning when I put it on. There wasn't any strong odor; it smells just like every other face mask I've used in the past from other brands. The mask easily fit my wide face. There's flaps on the masks to cover the eyelids if you want to. The mask was a nice shape - no problems with it at all. When I peeled the mask off, it still had a TON of essence, so I literally rubbed the mask on my neck, stomach, hands, arms, and legs because it has incredible moisture and I didn't just want to throw the mask away without getting the most of it! The redness on my left side of my face is still there but I think it improved a bit and isn't as noticeable now. I don't use face masks that frequently because I'm still a teenager and my skin doesn't have much problems. However, I use masks when I feel really stressed/tired or when I have a migraine and the masks have this therapeutic, relaxing effect. It's like a mini spa facial which you can do for super cheap and at home or on the go. Overall I was pleased with the quality and quantity of the masks. You get a good deal for this collection of collagen masks (16 masks for $8.39) People with drier, wrinkled skin can benefit more from this because of the abundance of essence inside the masks. If your skin is oily/normal, like mine, personally, I'd advise you to use this once a week or fewer times than that. A little goes a long way! I'll use a mask once a month or two. I’ve been ordering these for many years and I love them. First of all, the price is so much better than going to CVS, Walgreens, Target or even Walmart. But they come in so many different types/scents and they actually all smell different, so it’s not just different packaging with the same product. Compared to other brands the sheets are really enriched with fluid, they don’t dry out after being on the skin in just minutes. I’m no beauty or medical expert so I can’t say much about the ingredients. Will they give a 40YO the skin of at 20YO in 15 minutes? No. But will they give a mom a relaxed home spa feeling for a few minutes and make her skin look less tired? Yes, definitely! I don’t know what’s in there, but I do see how my skin looks fresher and more hydrated. They seem to have good ingredients, because I’m allergic and hypersensitive to many ingredients and it will show in my face immediately - but these have never caused any rash, redness or blemishes for me. And my skin type is usually a nightmare to take care of.

I take great pride in my skin care. I have a very extensive routine I do twice a day (to put into perspective, I started using night cream at 19) And the last few years I’ve been a fan of face masks but after doing avid research about ingredients in face care, I found myself throwing a lot of my go-tos in the trash. I was in a pinch (time wise and financially) and decided to come to amazon to fix hankering for a facelift. I found these beauts and started reading the reviews. I got about 50+ reviews in and was just completely shocked by the level of detail about these masks. Took a gander at the ingredients and said what the hell! I ordered. I’ve now used 5 of the 16pack with several days between each use, and I’ll be damned. These masks are outstanding. We are currently on Quarantine so I have a lot of time to be home, however, with that being said, I have noticed a huge difference in my skin from these masks. The bouts of acne I get from working out has Diminished, any skin discoloring has faded, fine lines have blended out, my skin is bouncy, firmer, glowing, and moisturized. Before using these masks I thought that my skin was already at its peak, clearly there was improvements to be made. I’ve had several compliments from my friends and family on FaceTime about how “refreshed and young” I look (I’m a mother of one very active little boy but also work 50+ hours a week). I honestly feel this is the best my skin has ever looked. The price couldn’t be better for the product. It’s a steal! Tell all your friends and family about this product, it’s really will change your life.

The good thing about these masks are obviously the price and the fact that there is so much essence in the package that it literally drips off the mask when you put it on which for me makes them reusable. In order to combat the dripping, I've started squeezing the mask out and then putting the mask back into the package after I'm done and by doing that i've been able to use each mask up to three times. I figure my skin is clean before putting the mask on, so what difference does it make if it's reused? Frugality is a beautiful thing. It is very hydrating, in fact almost to hydrating unless I squeeze out the extra liquid. The thing I don't like about these masks are that regardless of what the ingredients say, I'm kind of convinced they're all exactly the same. I also don't like the actual material that the sheet mask is made from. It is very thick and really rather large which makes it somewhat ill fitting. Other sheet masks that I've purchased from stores are thin and fit well on my face. These are just sooo thick and bulky that there's so much overhang on the sides and under my chin that it just kind of makes it uncomfortable to wear for the recommended amount of time. Also the first time I used one, and because I didn't wring it out before putting it on my face, I ended up getting a small break out. Since I've started wringing out the excess liquid I haven't had any problems with breakouts. I like to use them after I do a glycolic peel because as I've stated before they are super hydrating. I don't know if I would purchase these again. I will continue to use them until they're gone, but next time I will probably just spend a little more for something I find more comfortable to wear, because after all I'm trying to relax... not feel like I have a blanket over my face for 20 minutes.

Really great sheet masks for the price. Comes with a lot of extra essence so you can re-use the mask if you want (just once, and remember to seal well and put it in the fridge, use next day), or just slather it all over your body. The material isn't the thinnest or stretchiest, but you can get a good fit since there's a good number of slits. Stays moist for about 30 minutes, so you can really relax with it. Doesn't fall off easily, either. I haven't noticed any real difference between the different types of masks, but none of them smelled very strong or broke me out. They'll hydrate and help your other products to absorb (I usually put toner/serums/essence under my sheet masks), but won't do anything else. Don't expect miracles from these, but a great basic mask if you like to mask often. During the winter, I do a sheet mask every other day since my apartment's heating is so high, leading to really dry air.
