Vitanica Adrenal Assist, Adrenal Support, Vegan, 90 Capsules

I’ve been taking these for a while now, at least 6 months. I made the mistake of not re-ordering in time and BOY!! Not letting that happen again! These are great. They’re sneaky. When I started taking them, I couldn’t really tell a difference at first. I’d say it took a week or two. I just felt a bit more chipper, a bit more relaxed, a bit more cheerful…it was gradual. 6 months in and I had to be without for a few days. I could TOTALLY tell.

I've been undergoing some serious personal stress lately. My body was worn down. I couldn't eat, my sleep was sporadic, and I had no energy or tolerance for daily inconveniences. My blood pressure had also started running high. I've never had a problem with my BP. I remembered that my naturopath had recommended this years ago after several heartbreaking losses in a row. I ordered a bottle, and have been taking the recommended dose. My energy has returned. I am able to find the humor in my stressful situation. I now have the clarity of mind to address the issues with which I'd been struggling, and to be far more productive at work and home. My blood pressure is also returning to normal. Our adrenal glands carry a lot of responsibility for our basic survival. Like any other part of our body, it needs to be rested and nourished. One of the things I love about Vitanica Adrenal Assist is that it does not have licorice in the ingredients. As per my naturopath licorice is known to increase blood pressure. I'd forgotten how effective this supplement had been at restoring balance during challenging times. The, calm, strong, well-rested me now remembers!

First of all, I love this brand. I take several different supplements by Vitanica and they all have yielded positive results. Very trustworthy company. Second, this Adrenal Assist supplement has helped so much with my adrenal fatigue. My ND tested my blood last year and found that I had adrenal fatigue and hypothyroidism, which wasn't full-blown but was getting there with my bad eating habits and stressful lifestyle. Having candida as well was contributing to it too, as many different issues can arise in the body once candida has caused leaky gut and entered the bloodstream, which it had for me. I had been taking a separate supplement for my adrenals and my thyroid by a different brand but it was getting too expensive. So, I started taking this Adrenal Assist for both my adrenals and thyroid alongside Candidastat (also by Vitanica) and I feel so much better. This supplement has helped with my fatigue, raised my energy levels, and helped with my overall well-being. My hair is less dry and brittle, becoming more silky and shiny. My skin and nails are less dry, and I know that this supplement has really helped me over the past 2 or so months that I've been taking it religiously. The dosage says 3 caps a day but I get by just fine with 2 a day, both in the morning with food. My energy increases soon after taking them. I highly recommend.

In the beginning this product was really great, my body was thankful for it.After a year I still like it, but it seems that my body due to aging decay, wanted some more help.So, I do continue using it on a daily basis routine, along with 2 other supplements.

This supplement was prescribed from my naturopath . I work in the ER and my levels of stress are extremely high.. this supplement helps me to keep me more calm during my day I highly recommend

These give me good energy.

It's an easy to swallow powder filled capsule, that I take one with meals morning, noon, and night. When I first began taking them it took a little over a week to notice the increase in energy but after that it continues to work great.
