I love to drink hot thinks at night, but due to getting tired of camomile tea, I wanted to try another tea to try. Didn't see that milk oolong had some caffeine, but it doesmt keep me up at night or make me sleepy which means I can drink at any time at night. Seller was awesome in that he in addition to the milk tea other samples were sent in package, didn't read that anywhere but was very happy try other teas. I bought a filter because I don't like loose leafs touching my lips.
