Long time skb user asking what happened to the cases. While the body is the same heavy duty plastic the top is thin lightweight plastic. By the time I loaded my mixer and rolled the case to the car the top had cracked on both sides near the locks. Large splits. Then the front panel is hinged to the top with the same cheap plastic. No way would this hold up under travel or gigging. I didn't put anything on the top and it split. I shudder to think what would happen if anything was actually stacked on the case. Horrible product. Won't recommend it. Sending it back.

Cheap Case
This case has a significant chemical odor, most likely from the plastics used. The photos and description from SBK say that there is a 4 RU rack rail in the back of the case. The case I received has a 2 RU rack rail that is off-set from the front rack rail, making my use for the case impossible. Buyer beware, this is a flimsy, poorly designed case.
