Great taste and customer support
Update to previous review: Following my initial experience, I was contacted by Caner from customer care, who kindly reached out and encouraged me to give the company another chance. I must say, the professionalism and genuine effort to resolve the issue were truly commendable. I’ve got a new batch of coffee, and I’m pleased to report that it was nothing like the previous one. The beans had a light and delicate flavour—precisely what I had hoped for originally. Based on the excellent customer support and the quality of this latest batch, I am happy to revise my rating to 5 stars. Original review: These coffee beans were far from the light roast described; they were incredibly dark, almost black. As for the taste, it was intensely bitter and acrid, honestly reminiscent of burned rubber and ash. Definitely not what I was hoping for

33days old. UPDATE the seller send me for free a freshly roasted bag that was only 2 days old.
This coffee is advertised as fresh roasted coffee. It might not be roast on order but you would expect it to be fresh. Well this is not the case here. It is 33 days old which is not great. Also the roast level is not medium. It is medium to dark. I really struggled to get a decent cup of coffee from this one. Even aeropress would not give a clean cup. It feels ditter and muddy. I tried so many grind levels and temps and rations but I cent get the flavour profiles that I would expect. UPDATE The seller saw my review and send me a freshly roasted coffee. That was an amazing customer service. WELL DONE! The roast level is still medium to dark. But it tasted lovely. Finally a good cup of coffee. I didn't strangle at all to get a good cup with aeropress or even espresso. This is a good coffee with chocolate finishing if it is fresh and not stale. So buy directly from the roaster to make sure that your coffee will be great!

Blend of roasts
Good flavours of coffee. Ethiopian beans have a great flavour profile. I wonder if the beans would have a better and consistent flavour if the beans where all medium roast as apposed to a blend of various roasts.

Not the greatest, different roast level and not freshest
The coffee is ok, not bad but not great either. The price is decent. I’m using a pour over method to make my coffee and prefer lighter roasts as this claimed to be. However I’d say this is a medium if not even on the darker side. The biggest let down was the fact coffee beans were roasted 30 days ago which I wouldn’t define as “fresh”. You can buy coffee beans online that roast it for you on order.

Exceptional Ethiopian Yirgacheffe – Bright, Fresh, and Flavorful
The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans were superb! Freshly roasted, light, and uniform in size, they brewed into an incredibly clean and vibrant cup. I used a Wilfa Svart Grinder (set between A and P) and brewed with the gold setting on my Sage Precision Brewer using a paper filter. The result was a bright, smooth cup with delicate floral and citrus notes, and absolutely no bitterness. The balance of flavours was excellent, making this one of the best coffee experiences I’ve had for the money. I would highly recommend and I will be a purchasing regularly.

The most vile thing i have ever drank!
Without a doubt this was the worst coffee i have ever tasted, and it made no difference how i made the coffee or what type of coffee i had. It tasted more like week old dish water would tatse, i imagine. I gave up with it and 98% of it went in the bin. Drink this at your own peril!
