useless for the use intended. I will need to break the product open and place in other container. Too bad.

Half full, Half empty?
The bottle of PaloVia Pre-Treatment Gel that came with my original PaloVia unit is only half empty, and I can't get any more to come out of the bottle. The platform that pushes the gel up to the dispenser suction tube will not move any higher, no matter how may times the plunger is pushed.Does anyone have any suggestions? I hate to pay $30 for a new bottle, when this bottle is still half full.
