I updated a bunch of our kitchen utensils this year and this is easily one of my favorite. I use it for a myriad of dishes, not just for fish. Very constructed and would purchase again.

The spatula blade seems to be stamped out of a sheet of 1mm thick metal. The blade edge is not beveled, and I think that the blade would be better at slipping between food and pan - instead of pushing the food - if it were beveled. I also think that the edges could use some smoothing/polishing too, and perhaps that would make the spatula release cooked-on food more easily.

Comfortable handle and wonderfully flexible. This is just what you need to turn fish filets. Great service. A+++++
