Box was damaged . It looks like the nut and screws might have fallen out.

Great Wheel kit
Awesome wheel kit. I couldn't get a wheel to work right on my back gate for 15 years. I then bought this one and it works so good. Definitely a good investment.

Solid wheel
Connects to the gate easily and simple to adjust. Ours is rolling on tightly packed pea gravel and has no issues on a 16 foot gate.

Would probably work... if I could install it
The product itself is what I had expected but several nuts/washers/bolts missing from box. Product was poorly packed (gaping holes in box - not from shipping, but rather failure to seal it properly) - pieces appear to have been thrown in individually.
