Good for trouble spots
In 15 words for the tl:dr group. Good tool, fast results. It's a cutie that you can put anywhere and use anywhere.Okay. I am a massage therapist from way back. I have seen tools come and go. Some I have bought to use on my customers, and some I use on myself. I'm keeping this one for myself. I have a trouble spot on my left trap, that I can never seem to reach. Out comes this cute little tool, and I give myself a fast little spot massage. I love this tool. A+.

Okay for the price
I'm not sure it's possible to give yourself a good massage no matter what the tool. Maybe one of the more deluxe models would work a little better but they seem very pricey for a fairly simple piece of wood. I have a friend that does wood working and I'm betting he could make something similar that works just as well for a much better price.
