Review: Good BOok - did not know it was text book, but it worked out just fine.......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................excellent book, i loved it and great customer services. the book was just as described. very helpful for me .................................. Review: An exceptional resource for anyone who works with children who have feeding concerns - Infant and Child Feeding and Swallowing is an excellent resource for professionals in additional to those who are interested in expanding their own knowledge regarding feeding concerns. This is a well written, comprehensive manual that incorporates current research regarding children who have feeding and swallowing disorders while providing a solid foundation for understanding normal development. This manual fills a very large hole that exists on this subject. As a feeding specialist who lectures, teaches, and works with child with feeding problems I have found this book to be more accurate and better organized than others on the market.

Good for medically based pets therapists.
Focused a lot more the medical conditions and medical studies/tests used in swallowing (VFES, etc) than I had expected and very little info on actual feeding assessments with children
