No nightmares, no night terrors, sound asleep. He woke up in the morning. The usual fight was not there.As if by magic all of it was gone.Skeptical, we both didn't talk about it after a week. He has tried to much, there was just no way that worked right?He asked me where I bought them, he said he hadn't felt rested in YEARS and wanted to try them again.So I HAPPILY went back bought like 5, one for each work day.Fast forwardWe now have our roommates hooked on to them.These aren't the usual Zzquil or melatonin. Never have woken up groggy. Takes 20mins for me to fall asleep and it’s always been tough for me to fall asleep. Deep sleep. Some nights that I am sleepy I will drink half a bottle for the anti-anxiety properties it has. Great product.

I've been having trouble sleeping at night, and it's really hard. I used to use pills, but I tried this liquid product, and it works better.

I’ve been using this for a long time now and recommend it to many of my nighttime coworkers. They all agree it helps them fall asleep when needed! The taste is pretty decent and super easy to use.

Works pretty much as advertised for me. Puts me to sleep, but doesn't necessarily keep me there throughout the night. (Then again, nothing I've tried does). Only downside is that it tends to leave me with a dry mouth, which may just be the way it is with Melatonin.

I bought this for my wife and I to help us sleep. So far, it’s doing the job.

Dream water does not make me fall asleep more quickly but does provide a more restful sleep once I get there and I don’t wake up groggy.

I like dream water, itself, but this night time nectar flavor has an after taste of dirty socks. Not that I know what that tastes like, but it has the taste like dirty socks smell, if that makes sense. lol the orange flavor isn’t very good either, but the snoozeberry one is okay and the beauty pack is probably the best flavor-wise.
