Yes, the contents are separated inside and require a really good shake before opening or a good mix after opening. This six pack is the best price I've been able to find. Great substitute for dairy products.

I use the coconut milk in place of heavy cream when cooking. Makes a great sauce. I separate the cream and use the liquid milk for protein shakes and coffee. The cream can be beaten into a froth with sweetener and it makes a great cappacino. I keep a can in the fridge so that the cream separates easily.
