A world of difference
The brace arrived quickly and in perfect condition and fits pretty well. It's not a form fitting type of brace. It's a little loose in the palm area but fits everywhere else nicely,I have to say, I am impressed with the relief I am experiencing using this brace. I used to wake in the middle of the night with excruciating pain and tingling in my hands. I no longer wake up in pain. My hand is a little stiff from being in one position all night but by the time I get moving around, the stiffness works its way out. I was to the point where I dreaded sleeping because I would wake several times during the night and have such a hard time getting back to sleep due to the pins and needles and pain in my hand and wrist. Now, I just slide the brace on and enjoy a full night's sleep. At this point, the nighttime brace seems to help enough so I don't believe I'll need to get the day time one.

Welllllllllllllllllllllll
I mean, it definitely DOES relieve the discomfort I have when I sleep, AND it greatly reduces my swelling in the morning, however I feel like it also adds a bit of soreness the next day around the 2 middle fingers. It only happens once in a while, and I'm not sure if it's just my individual hand condition (which isn't extreme but interferes with daily activities) or if maybe I am just not wearing it right, or if it is just my shape of hand? I have freakishly long fingers...friggin spider fingers. Although I have tried various tightening/loosing positions to try alleviate this (this brace allows a variety in size in the wrist, the middle fingers strap only allows so much). Either way I like this brace, but I don't really think it was worth 40 bucks. However I would recommend this IF you can't find this cheaper somewhere else.

I really like this brace
I really like this brace. I have the night brace only. It is very sturdy and immobilizes the wrist quite well. It is easy to put on and take off. It is comfortable BUT the thumb hole pinches my skin and it has left marks on my thumb. It's not so much the size of the hole being too small as it looks like the edge or stitching pinches. I'm try a small thin piece of cloth to tuck in where the thumb irritates me. All in all this is a very nice brace. I would've given it five stars if not for the uncomfortable thumb area.

YAY! No more "bird-claw" hands in the morning!!!
OMGOSH! Finally. A fantastic brace for my hands and FINGERS. I am a professional artist (60+ years old), and to state that my hands and fingers are trashed is an understatement. Carpel Tunnel, trigger finger, you-name-it.... anyway, even though I have had numerous surgeries, there has not been a brace quite like these. THEY ARE LIFESAVERS!At night while sleeping, my poor damaged fingers tend to curl up, and swell.... and upon awakening I have had to force my fingers out of the claw-like pose they are in. This is a painful process.I have searched EVERYWHERE for a brace that will help fingers as well as carpel tunnel.I saw these and I purchased a brace for each hand. They are magic. No more curled hands while sleeping! No more swelling of the digits while sleeping! No more pain in the morning trying to open my bird-claw hands!Of course, the braces were not fun to sleep with in the beginning, and they take a bit of getting used to. After a few times wearing them nightly, I now don't even notice them! These are well worth their weight in gold!

I don't like the fact that I can still bend my wrist ...
Wish it offered more support at the wrist. I don't like the fact that I can still bend my wrist during sleep. I was hopping to use it for two afflictions: elbow tendonitis and trigger finger at the same time. I ended up wearing another wrist brace on top of this one to help with my elbow tendonitis.

Absolutely Works!
I thought I had arthritis in the middle two knuckles of my right hand - in addition to carpal tunnel woes. It got so bad, I could barely write. After using the night brace for a while, that went away in a short time, along with pain & discomfort in my forearm muscle. I can write again without needing the weird, slingshot shaped pens.Expect some discomfort initially, as you hand will try to continue spazzing up when you relax. But after a few nights, that will go away and you will awake refreshed and pain free. I somehow misplaced the first one I bought, and in time I began slipping back into painville. Bought this one and, in no time flat, I'm back on the mend.Highly recommended!

Five stars aren't enough to rate this great brace. I have rheumatoid arthritis and the knuckles ...
Five stars aren't enough to rate this great brace. I have rheumatoid arthritis and the knuckles on my right hand are effected so that my fingers were starting to sway to the right. I saw an ortho surgeon who said they could operate, but it is extensive surgery. Then then made me a splint type brace for night, but my hand hurt from it in the morning. Then I came across the Palo... I've been using it at night for a few weeks now, and my finger are starting to realign much better than there were, and there is no pain in the morning. If you have this finger condition, I highly recommend that you try this brace.

On the right track but for small hands?
This brace seems like it would be better for someone with a smaller had. I don't have big hands but my fingers extend beyond the brace and I can actually close my hand in my sleep. It was not working for me at all but I purchased extra large craft sticks (like popsicle sticks but maybe 4 times wider) and slide the stick inside of my fingers into the brace and now it works perfectly. Seems like the design needs to be tweaked a bit.
