Works well when I have need swelling. Fits well, value for money. Happy with item.

These are by far the best ice packs i have had for my knees after years of surgeries and injuries. However it was disappointing that after only one month of use, the seam has split and started letting out the gel balls

Bought as did my ACL and been struggling with swelling and fed up with wrapping a bag of peas in a tea towel to use.Just keep these in the freezer now ready to go. Strap it around my knee when I need it and elevate it and have the other one as a backup if need to repeat. Small but effective.

Does not cover the whole area of the knee but adequate for my purpose.

I really like them. I'm not sure if you need a towel underneath as it can get quite cold on your skin therefore either towel or don't keep them on too long. These are only good for sitting on the sofa - you can't walk around in them (but I guess if you need them walking isn't a good idea!)
