Plenty of room for your toes!
Super light-weight, plenty of room in the toe box. The most comfortable running shoe I could find at that price. Highly recommended.

Good Choice in Barefoot Shoe
These shoes are as claimed. Put them on and it’s like your feet suddenly developed a rugged high grip bottom. Other than some interesting size issues, which I’ll go into shortly, the feel like your feet developed a new skin. They don’t have any cushioning at all which is expected for barefoot running, so the jarring when running on pavement is much greater, to a surprising degree really, over conventional running shoes. The waffle sole pattern do impart some minor cushioning but so little that for most folks, using these to run on pavement will be a mistake. However, running on most unpaved surfaces such as park paths or mountain courses will be a joy.I can’t test these as water shoes in either challenging situations: rapidly flowing water such as you find at the spring runoff or ocean surf. I’ll be using these in both places kayaking but cannot break away for a few months yet. If the shoes give me a surprise, either negative or positive, in those activities, I’ll edit this review accordingly. The fit business is a bit baffling. To calibrate what I’ll say on the matter, I take a shoe ranged in US sizes 9.5 to 10.5 with a width of D to EE all depending on the specific shoe. Likely if I took all my shoes together, I’d come up with a size 10 E as the mean or average. I received two pair of manufacturers’ sample here. One US sized 9.5 (Euro 43) and one US sized 10 (Euro 44). While advertised as the same shoe, they aren’t. They fit differently and look only similar but nowhere near identical. See the photo to see the differences for yourself. The shoe on the right is the US size 9.5 one. The manufacturer doesn't claim identical cosmetics.Fit is where things grow a bit weird. The size 10/44 has better retention on my feet than the size 9.5. The latter actually feels larger and more likely to be pulled off by rapid water or surf. If I was I able to go kayaking now, I’d surely take the 10’s over the 9.5’s for security. Losing a water shoe in a fast moving rocky river isn’t a joke. Ditto a beach strewn with dead coral or volcanic rocks.I feel comfortable giving these shoes a top rating but also strongly suggest that you order your average size and anticipate the possibility of having to return them for a different size. Amazon makes such exchanges as easy as possible. I don’t suggest you order these to arrive a day or two before you’re planning on leaving for a water vacation since that means you’re stuck with what you get which may be an ill-fitting shoe.I’ll also mention I enjoy simply walking about in these. It gives the feeling of walking around barefoot but you are wearing shoes and therefore have the needed protection in the sole necessary for urban wear. So in sum, a good set of barefoot shoes useful for various purposes.

Interesting Departure
This is my first pair of shoes of this sort, so I'm still getting used to them.It seems they are best worn without socks. That's how you get the best fit, and the most internal traction which leads to more precise control, and more air circulation, which leads to cooler feet. There are removable insoles which will wear out well before the shoes. It's not clear to me how or where to get similar insoles to replace these when the time comes. Also, when removing the shoes, the insoles inevitably come out with the feet and need to be placed back in the shoe which is mildly irritating. But once in place, the insoles have a grippy texture that's reassuring. The shoes are slightly tight, but that's good for running and similar activities where you don't want rubbing and chafing. Comfort is fine, there are no issues for me, although for just relaxing I'd wear sneakers or similar over these.I took them out for a three and a half mile run, and as I said, I'm still getting used to how to run in these. I didn't injure anything, but I did run more gingerly than I ordinarily would. The quality of manufacture is fine; again, I see no obvious issues. The welt isn't the cleanest I've ever seen, with a little adhesive showing in places, but that's being extremely nitpicky. These seem good for the price. As for looks.. you'll have to be the judge of that. I do feel self-conscious in these, but I'm fairly inured to feeling foolish. And, after all, these are for exercising in. You don't wear these to the cotillion. All in all, I'm pleased with these shoes. The only issue I'm having is if this type of shoe, generally, is for me.

Good fit, very light. Great for water
These are some pretty comfortable outdoor shoes. The fit is perfect on my size 12 (mens) feet. I feel they’re best for water sports, the beach, pool and light to moderate hiking. They are very lightweight and are very form fitting. They feel more like a pair of ankle length socks than water shoes. About the only somewhat negative is that the soles aren’t very soft. In fact, these have a gritty type texture that some may not like. There is also zero arch support, although arch support is usually very hit or miss in this type shoe. So, I’m not holding it against the shoe. I’m just giving a heads-up to those who absolutely must have noticeable arch support. I love how lightweight these are. They would have really come in handy on a recent canoe, muddy hike, secret waterfall outing we experienced. These are the perfect type shoes for something like that. I wouldn’t wear them on really rocky, sharp or rough surfaces. There isn’t enough sole to lessen the pain and discomfort from rocks or other small hard objects that could push up into the bottom of the foot. On the other hand, the featherweight design makes them perfect for swimming and frolicking in and around water.

Comfortable Shoes to Wear While Camping or When Adventuring Near Water
The Seabone Unisex Water Shoes are a very comfortable and convenient pair of shoes to have while camping or adventuring near bodies of water. The shoes run true to size and have some “give” on the sides to accommodate for wider feet. They have a firm but flexible sole, soft and easily dried mesh sides, and they float in water so they won’t get lost in water easily. The shoes have small holes in the bottom of the soles to allow for water to drain out if water fills them. These shoes are like most sneakers however, and can be quite slick over rocks, so take care when stepping around rocky shores. These shoes do have little arch support, so I wouldn’t recommend them for long uphill hiking trips and I would beware if you’re trekking over rough terrain as things can be poked through easily on the sides. Overall for the cost, these are a decent pair of water shoes to have while camping and adventuring about.
