Late answer but but better than never. Hopefully helps the next person. Step 1 prepare alcohol (90% or higher prefered, medical)>prepare cotton swab stick> prepare lighter or candle> prepare cups> prepare client/patient Step 2 dip cotton swab in alcohol solution> light swab on fire> quickly stick inside cup> circle around and pull out> immediately apply to[oiled] skin. The lit swab should be inside cup for approximately 2-4 seconds. It is enough time to heat the air and create a strong enough vacuum on the skin. You can try this on your thighs or stomach and chest before you go live to get the hang of it. Pretty easy to do and Hopefully I explained it simple enough. If not I'll answer again in better detail.
