A: These can be stored in room temperature but they taste better refrigerated. They last for months on end. The Rice Cake is mostly made out of paste and in side there is chocolate.

Mochi is super soft and filled with soft marshmallow and what tastes/seems like a small blob of dark chocolate ganache. Like eating little clouds. They are absolutely incredible and delicious. I just reordered the 3-pk. My new favorite guilty pleasure!!!
