Maesri Red Curry Paste, 14 Ounce

I lived in Thailand over 40 years ago and have been buying this curry paste ever since. I keep it in my cupboard always. This brand is my absolute favorite. We eat something made with it (usually chicken sauteed in it) every couple weeks. Fabulous flavor. It packs a punch (hot spicy) that's easy to control with how much you use. Love it.

This is my preferred brand of Thai curry. After spending time in Thailand I found it hard to find good Thai curry in the US. So I decided to make my own. The red, green, and masaman are all great. I like this one with beef, potato and carrot.

My favorite Red Thai Curry paste. Red Thai Curry pastes vary greatly in flavor and spice level. I have found this to be the best balance of spice to rich flavor. Love it.
