It is gorgeous, but as I stated in my review, has a design flaw... a lip on the bottom of the bowl that prevents the bowl from being in complete contact with the warming surface. This prevents the bowl from getting hot enough to melt most forms of wax (tarts, soft cube wax, etc.). This exact warmer was being sold at the place I order my scented wax from online... until they realized the very problem I have mentioned, and promptly stopped selling it. **Q: Mine was working great and then seems to have stopped. Should I replace the wax or return the whole thing?** A: Did it stop melting the wax, or just stop having fragrance. If the fragrance has run out, just replace the wax. Oddly, the power light is on the back of the unit. It can't be seen unless you turn it 180°. That was probably done to avoid spoiling the aesthetic. Note: there's a warranty but it's only printed on the bottom flap of the box. The manual doesn't mention it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks great. Works great. Still going after over a year of use. *by O***7 on April 30, 2025* I've used this pretty decorative wax warmer for well over a year and it works as good as the day I got it. The wax melts easily and the fragrance fills the room. I reheat the same wax several times even. Sometimes I take the wax reservoir (top part) off, and put a full sized Yankee Candle on the heat plate. This works well to melt the wax, while it is still in the glass jar. I'm not sure if it is designed to be used this way, so do your own research, but it works well for me.
