Shipped quick perfect for what i need

I received my adaptor today. The adaptor is supposed to be new. It looks fine but the packaging is obviously previously opened and the plastic is very scuffed up. There is a cloudy plastic opened baggie inside the bubble wrap baggie. I would not mind, but the adaptor does not charge my Nextbook tablet, although the specifications match.
