Not a normal bluetooth dongle and terrible sound quality.
A bit different from what I was expecting from a bluetooth dongle, it doesn't actually interact with the computer at all - the USB port is only for power. You plug the 3.5mm AUX cable into whatever you want to send or receive sound from and then connect the bluetooth.Incidentally, all the reviews discussing installation of windows 10 drivers or connecting mice/keyboards are clearly fake as the device does neither of these things.While it was a bit fiddly to get started given it has two different power modes (send/receive), I did get it working on the second attempt. Unfortunately the quality is very bad, with one headphone having louder sound than the other, and a constant background humming noise really ruining the experience. I got this to pair with my Sony WH-1000xm3 headphones and with this device they sound like a £2 pair of headphones rather than a £200 pair, making it not really fit for purpose.I'll now be buying a second bluetooth dongle which is more ordinary and just provides bluetooth to the PC.

Won't pair
I bought this to use on my television for my headphones. But a shame that this would not connect to the headphones after a hour of trying to pair them with a no go. But it paired with my phone so I still might be able to use it.

Easy to use but don’t expect too much.
Very easy to install but the sound quality is horrible. I have Bose AE2 Soundlink which is crystal clear connecting to phone or my other Bluetooth enabled tv however using this makes the sound quality really poor and quite disappointing, especially when there is high bass.

At best, it's an absolute waste of money. At worst, this product will harm your equipment! Beware!
I have a desktop pc and a tv without BT capabilities, so I baught two of these.One of them worked only once, and with a ridiculous 2-second latancy.The other one dammaged the usb port and now my pc won't turn on due to "usb port over current".Don't get it even if you're the one getting paid for it!Bluetooth 5.0 my as*. Disgrace.

Well worth the money
5 minutes to set up on my old Panasonic tv. Works as described on my Mpow headphones Good value and I would highly recommend

Sometimes takes a while to connect but ok for listening to music.
